Store Policies

Please contact us prior to returning an item for refund or exchange. Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.


If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it for a full refund except as outlined in this policy. You can return unopened items in the original packaging (if applicable) within 30 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted for custom or print to order items except in the case of a material defect.

Upon receipt of the returned item in it’s original condition a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.


We will happily exchange an item for store credit. Exchanges for defective items will be shipped at our expense. A store credit will be issued following receipt of the item in resaleable condition. If, within 30 days of purchase, you decide you no longer wish to exchange the returned item, we will refund the store credit to the original form of payment.

Due to the nature of custom or print to order items we can not except exchanges except in the case of material defect.


Exceptions to this policy may be outlined on individual product pages. For example, sale items may be marked as non-returnable / non-exchangeable.


Shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Please purchase tracking and extra insurance if the value of your item exceeds the base coverage of your chosen return shipper (e.g. Canada Post generally insures for up to $100). We are not responsible for returned items that are damaged during shipping.
